Senior Project Engineer
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Promote HSE abd QA Objectives
- Deputies for the Project manager
- Ensure full compliance with the corporate procedures for project management and operations
- Oversee the key project operational activities of planning, budgeting, reporting and document control across a port folio of brown-field revamp engineering design projects
- Ensure technical coordination between the engineering discipline and with the Client
- Coordinate and minute project meetings
- Prepare and Administer project specific procedures
- Expedite the preparation of engineering deliverables
- Expedite the client in documentation review cycles and response to technical queries and action items
- Coordinate between Balikpapan Branch Office and Jakarta Head Office
- Assist with contract management
- Assist with business development and tendering
- Assist with the smooth operation of the project office
Requirements:
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
- Tertiary Graduate in Process, Mechanical, Structural or Electrical Engineering, Post graduate degree would be advantageous
- Conversant with PMBOK, Membership of a professional association would be advantageous
- Computer Literate in MS Office Applications ( at Power User Level), Be fully conversant with advance use of at least one planning software such as MS Project ( preferred) or Primavera P3, Database management and applications, AutoCAD – familiar with the basics
- Project Cost Management
- Strong Communications skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
- Reporting Writing Skills
