1. Coal Handling Infrastructure Development Department Head
a. Placement : Berau - East Kalimantan b. Level : Manager c. Job Description :
Responsible for managing (evaluating, developing, and controlling the
plan and implementation) of the infrastructure in mining operations in
accordance with the target company. d. Job Responsibilities : • Ensure the availability of annual work plan and budget plan for development • Ensure for every infrastructure development to have an appropriate design and could be implemented in the field. • Ensure the process of the tender, negotiation and work agreement to be succeeded. • Ensure the completeness of all the documentations required for the work in the field to run well. • Decide an adjustment or an extension of a contract that needs to be done on a project. e. Job Requirement : Education : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience : Minimum 10 years in related/similar position. Skill and Ability : • Mastering project Plan & Controlling, strategic Planning in Mining technology. • Mastering Project Management • Mastering Structure Analysis, Technical Standard & Contracts. • Have a knowledge of CPP Plant, OLC and PLTU
2. Tax Strategic & Litigation Section Head
a. Placement : Jakarta Office b. Level : Superintendent c. Job Description :
Responsible for coordinating the administration of accounting and
report related to the fulfillment of tax obligations and in accordance
with the company’s fiscal rules and applicable legislation. d. Job Responsibilities : • Implement validation and control of any payment requests from all departments. • Validate the calculation of the tax of a transaction. • Process the journal transaction and input them into the system. • Validation and control over the payment of taxes. • Validation data for Coal Sharing, Dead Rent and Payment calculation e. Job Requirement : Education : Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy. Experience : Minimum 5 years in related/similar position. Skill and Ability : • Having a Brevet Tax certificate is recommended. • Have good knowledge of coal mining industries’ tax / Tax for PKP2B (CCOW). • Have good skills of planning, organizing, and controlling. • Have good abilities to analyze problems.
3. Planning & Forecasting Senior Officer
a. Placement : Berau - East Kalimantan b. Level : Senior Officer c. Job Description : Responsible for publishing annual budget report to the company’s internal and external stakeholders. d. Job Responsibilities : • Review the annual Budget and update the company’s five years budget plans. • Review the financial projection and company’s forecast. • Ensure the implementation of withdrawal in accordance with the budget and procedures. • Suggesting a review for budget procedure improvement • Conduct the Financial Modeling and Economical Analysis for Investment Opportunities. e. Job Requirement : Education : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy Experience : Minimum 5 years in related/similar field Skill and Ability : • Have good knowledge of financial/budget model • Have good knowledge of ERP system/ SAP • Have good abilities on planning, and organizing
4. Transhipment Supervisor
a. Placement : Berau-East Kalimantan b. Job Description Responsible
to the Shipping Manager & PFSO for supervising the loading
unloading coal activities from barges to mother vessel / OGV (Ocean
Going Vessels) and coordinating the transportation to the coal
transshipment point. c. Job Responsibilities : • Invite prospective contractor to participate in the tender. • Provide Documents Legality / administrative aspects Bidders to Tender Superintendent. • Negotiations with prospective contractors / Bidders. d. Job Requirement Education : Bachelor degree / Diploma IV in Nautic Experience : Min 2 years in International liner, shipping agency or stevendoring company will be advantage Skill and Ability : • Chief Mate Ocean (MPB II / ANT II qualification). • Have a good knowledge of coal mining operation. • Have a good structured analysis and problem solving
5. Tender Supervisor
a. Placement: Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan) b. Job Description Responsible for bidding process to provide material support for company operations. c. Job Responsibilities : • Invite prospective contractor to participate in the tender. • Provide Documents Legality / administrative aspects Bidders to Tender Superintendent. • Negotiations with prospective contractors / Bidders. d. Job Requirement Education: Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering, economic, accounting Experience: Min 2 years in related/similar field Skill and Ability: Have a good communication skill. Have a good knowledge of coal mining operation. Have a good structured analysis and problem solving Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).
6. Organization Development & Performance Management Supervisor
a. Placement: Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan) b. Job Description Responsible to supervise the organization development & performance management activity program. c. Job Responsibilities : • Designing learning and development program • Collecting and managing data of organization development. • Set up, develop , monitor and ensure that the objective for People & Organizational Development are implemented • Responsible for overall organization development function, from : job analyses, Job evaluation, Job Description. • Review the performance system and set up the Individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for company d.
