As our business grow up and there is potential market in Indonesia we expanded the business in Jakarta, Indonesia under PT. OPT Oilfield Services established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the Deed. dated 10 January 2014 which was made in the presence of Dewi Yosilawati, S.H, M.Kn.

RECEPTIONIST (Code: RCP) (1 person)
 
Requirements:

• Will be handling telephone, organizes appointments and variety administration duties fax, e-mail, etc.
• D3/S1 graduate, background in Communication, Management, or similar faculties
• FEMALE, 22 - 28 years old
• Minimum 2 year experience in similar position
• Good looking
• Must have warm, pleasant, good manners, and proactive personality
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft office especially Excel and Word
• Must be detailed oriented
• Ability to work as a team player
• Fluent in English, both oral & written

 
SALES ENGINEER OIL & GAS (Code: SE) (1 person)
 
Requirements:

• Male/ female, max. 35 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelors Degree, any field.
• Minimum 3 year experience in Oil industry in sales.
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Marketing/ Business Development or equivalent.
• Dynamic, communicative, networking and selling skill.
• Have the ability to undertake workload, target oriented, and having a high mobility.
• Sound communication skills and is confident and capable of public speaking activities.
• Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation.
• Good interpersonal skill and good team player.
• Honest, discipline, self-motivated, hardworking and strong leadership.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work as a team player
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
 
ACCOUNTING & FINANCE OFFICER (Code: ACC & FIN) (1 person)
 
Responsibility:

• Receive and process all receipts and payments included and not limited to by way of purchase orders, invoices, expenses claims forms, tax claims and other requests for payment
• Verify calculations, carry out reconciliations, and input codes for posting into the general
• ledgers reconcile account postings of project event budgets
 
Qualifications:

• Diploma degree in Accounting from reputable university with min GPA. 3.00
• Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years experience at similar position
• Experience in oil industry will be advantage
• Excellent computer skills, to include MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Able to work under pressure, highly motivated, able to work in team, and focus on details
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
 
CEMENTER: (Code: CEM) (3 person)

• Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
• 5+ years experience of drilling and completions/ work overs cementing technology
• minimum 3 year experience in standalone field operation in cementing
• Knowledge of Drilling Information Management System (DIMS)c
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Reports to Operation Manager
• Supervises service operational personnel, assigns and equipment to jobs organizes and directs the services operations
• Ensure job quality control by scheduling appropriate personnel, equipment, resources, reviewing technical aspects of job and assuring job is done per customer orders and company policy
• Prepare and /or audits report of labor and equipment hours utilized, general expenses incurred, field services provided and loans of equipment and personnel
• Assures the cleanliness and state of repair of service equipment
• Follow up with customers regarding job related problems or concerns
• Addresses employee disciplinary issues and monitors field employee performance
