Garment buying office located in Bogor is hiring
Main Tasks / Key Accountabilities- Vendor, factory and laundry audits in regards to Restricted Substance List (RSL) control
- Development, implementation and monitoring of RSL check list for vendors; analysis of performance records
- Establish and maintain the test result data base
- Maintain and evaluate the test cost efficiency
- Support the testing alignment with commercial laboratory
- Provide technical consultation internally and externally
- Provide training/seminar to internal staff
- Provide the most updated market information on chemical regulations and analysis
- Focus on industrial environmental updates
- Ad-hoc projects
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
- Flexible, independent and dynamic personality
- Familiar with testing instruments and chemical analysis and dyeing/wet-processing
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical mind
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management (adhering to deadlines)
- Self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Master degree or above in Chemistry or Textile Engineering (dyeing/wet-processing)
- Supervisory experience in laboratory operation
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Knowledge in Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge and interest in data management systems
