SALES ENGINEER – M&PG
Responsibility
Sales Development
- Set and carry out sales plans through a well understanding of existing and potential customers’ requirement and demand to achieve goals and financial targets.
- Prepare quotations/proposals
- Negotiate and contract customers
- Identify and explore of new business opportunities
- Make regular contact and visit to customers
- Respond to customer’s inquiry promptly (PSO)
- Receive and follow up customer’s order to be delivered on the promised date (OTC)
- Give technical assistance and presentation on product specification and application
- Conduct and assist trial on product application
- Compliance with all company quality and safety procedures and requirements (ISO)
- Minimum diploma or first degree in chemical/mechanical/metallurgical engineering or more than 3 years relevant industry experience
- Industry Sales experience is essential
- Strategy development and implementation experience
- Sufficient marketing Exposure/Experience
- Demonstrated success with prior sales and marketing roles
- Having excellence negotiation Skills and Influencing Skills
- Commercial Acumen and entrepreneurial drive
- Coaching and training Skills
- Self Starter, Change agents and strong self commitment
- Able to work across organisational boundaries
- Strong interpersonal and fluent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to work on a team
