IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
(Location: Bali)
Resposibility:
- Support & Service customer networks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- Manage & Maintain Customer network with standard Policy
- Reporting to Supervisor
Requirements :
- Male, Max 25 years
- Bachelor degree from IT reputable university.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Able to work independently or team work, under pressure, well-organized, Achievement-oriented, meticulous, strong analytical, proactive, able work individually or part of team, mature and independent in solving problem, committed with a sense of urgency.
- Self confident, interpersonal skill, helpful person, honest
- Good communication in English
- Job location: Bali
Skills/Qualifications:
- Familiar with Microsoft Product: Windows Server, Windows OS, MS Office, MS Visio, LAN Switching (Cisco), PC & Server HW/SW troubleshooting, Monitoring & Reporting
