- Rollout training plan and technician qualification paths
- Lead, coach, and develop team of technical specialist
- Ensure customer satisfaction achieved with fast and accurate car troubleshooting
- Support dealer on technical enquiries
- Ensure dealer service readiness for new product
- Maintain high dealer technical competency
- Male max 30 y.o
- University graduate (min GPA 2.8) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Experience in automotive service business
- Understand vehicle electronics and engine management
- Excellent communication skill, good personality
- English literacy and fluency
- Own business sense
- Show strong leadership and management skill
- IT literate (spreadsheet, database, presentation)
- Able to drive
