Responsibilities
- Maintain and service inverters and associated capital equipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain tools and team equipment and parts accuracy
- Perform field based repair, testing and re-certificating of inverters
- Perform remote on site customer services, including installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing of inverter equipment and related products.
- Calibrate and coordinate equipment according to precise specifications.
- Provide support to engineering and sales.
- Provide adequate documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job.
- Prepare and deliver project documentation and progress reports for internal and external
Requirements
- Minimum STM or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in heavy duty truck / heavy equipment industries.
- Familiar with Mercedes-Benz Heavy Duty Truck or Commercial Vehicles will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge on maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of equipment
- Capable to lead small team operation on sites
- Self motivated & independent individual, willing to be relocated to remote sites.
- Computer literate and proficient in English is essential.
