Deputy Manager Rolling Department
Responsibilities
- Establish discipline among workers, staffs, supervisors and take appropriate action in case shift indiscipline and inform to superior.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and quality in charge in case any quality trouble and take appropriate action and inform to superior whenever no solution.
- Maintain M/C running with minimum delay and coordinate with production supervisor, mechanical and electrical whenever any mechanical or electrical Breakdowns and inform to superior if breakdown more than 30 minute.
- Check with supervisors and make available spare parts for maintaining M/C running.
- Convey and perform any superior massages to production supervisors/ staffs/ down line and give the feed back.
- Make monthly production report and report to superior daily production at the morning by phone or sms
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from Mechanical, Industrial, Metalurgy Enginnering.
- Proficiency in English both spoken & written.
- Having min 10 years working experience in Rolling Mill in other steel company.
- A highly motivated person and have leadership skill, fast leaner, positive attitude, disciplined, good team work and able to work under pressure
