Production Supervisor
Banten - Balaraja
Requirements:
- Hold minimum Engineering Diploma
- At least 3 years working in a plant set up
- Detailed knowledge of the Pipe machine and Products dimensional, quality standards, and visual requirements
- Knowledge of the machines, raw material and processes and associated hazards, Material Safety Data, Resin mixing / dosage
- Knowledge of using measuring / tools such as Pi-Tapes. Measuring tapes, Vernier calipers
- Knowledge of CNC programs, ability to interpret drawings
- English proficiency both written and verbal
- Planning experience plus ability to delegate
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity and able to work under pressure
- Strong leadership, high team spirit and trust building attitude
- Strong analytical thinking, result oriented and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive, reliable, punctual, non-smoker and safety conscious.
- Fit and healthy: mature and independent
