2. Marine Project Specialist SARB (UAE)

Minimum Requirements 

- Master Mariner Certificate of competency STCW 95 11/2 (Academic Standard of B. Sc. In Marine Services) or equivalent logistics qualifications
- Very good knowledge of English
- 7-8 years experience in Marine Offshore Operations including Rig Mover, Offshore towage & Anchor handling, Construction and Derrick Pipe lay Barge, Dynamic positioning systems (Preferable), and familiarity with vessel auditing using the common marine inspection document and knowledge of Company’s operational areas considered an advantage. 4 years as specialist in rig towing or jack-up barge movement

- Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent

4. Senior Systems Support Specialist (UAE)

Main Accountabilities:

- To study the business benefits behind the planned system enhancements / changes taking into consideration the systems stability behind the required customization to support implementation of approved business process
- To monitor / follow-up the systems calls (issues / changes related to CD systems & services) registers in IT Service Manager and report accordingly to monitor the systems performance. Also to coordinate for regular meetings with IT to discuss reported calls
- To assist in the testing and acceptance of the implemented enhancements on the current CD related systems version and upgrades, and the preparation of tests cases & testing scenarios of new releases and preparation of user guides, training manuals
- To track changes and analyze CD system application performance, utilization, user’s data quality and recommend practical and cost effect enhancements. Undertakes and coordinates with IT and the application system vendor the implementation of the planned system enhancements to make the system efficient in delivering its intended purpose
- To coordinate for all Maximo, e-Procurement applications, interface and other OPCOs unified / integrated systems and provide the required level of support and assistance ensuring systems / date integrity and update
- To coordinate with IT focal points on issues related to the middleware/interfaces for reaching ultimatum goal of integration among all operating systems
- To leas the development of on line training course using available training software, training programs / approach applied to all Maximo commercial applications which allows monitoring end user acquaintance / performance with scoring facilities and measure successful training sessions. (The training should be grouped based on targeted users and ensure training software is maintained up-to-date)
- To assist in analyzing (CD) system, anomalies and issues to determine necessary remedial actions, and assigns and monitors internal and/or external support teams as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- To develop and update user guides and Frequent Asked Questions and to conduct training & awareness sessions related to Commercial activities to all users to improve the utilization of the systems in an effective and efficient manner
- To conduct User Training on Commercial Applications of HQ/Sites, input of data and linking of documents with Maximo respective applications and running the related reports


Minimum Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering
- MAXIMO experience is required
- 8 years or above relevant experience in Commercial/Supply Chain Systems Management & Administration functions in a large organization within oil & gas sector

5. Sr. Research & Development Coordinator (UAE)

Main Accountabilities:

- Coordinate and monitors the R&D Gas Sub-Committee and the Gas Research Centre projects plan and ensures that the projects are executed planned.
- Prepare annual budgets to include new projects or variations to existing ones.
- Coordinates the activities and meetings required to compile and monitor the master business plan.
- Compiles and distributes the master business plan in the applicable format.
- Monitors and report the performance of the plan throughout the year and advises the R&D management Section accordingly.
- Prepares and distributes documentation and arranges the R&D Review meetings and the R&D Projects Technical Committee meetings for both Gas Sub-Committee and Gas Research Centre
- Prepares Action Point Review document and distributes it to the appropriate members.
- Monitors and assists the R&D Management Section Head in following up the status of the action points between meetings.
- Acts as secretary for the R&D Gas Sub-Committee meetings and other R&D Projects Technical Committee meetings.
- Receives checks and distributes project related documentation.
- Initiates, monitors, coordinates and updates the projects progress, as applicable, and makes appropriate recommendations to the R&D Management Section.
- Determines and validates any variations from project plans and initiates timely preventative, remedial or reporting actions to correct such variations. Communicates the results and recommendations for preventive and corrective actions to R&D Management Section.

Minimum Requirement:

- 7 or above years of experience in Research & Development function preferably within Oil & Gas Industry
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, (Process / Mechanical Engineering is preferable)
- Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) is a plus.
- Previous experience in Project Planning and Budgeting related to R&D Functions.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.

7. Well Integrity Specialist Studies (UAE)

Job Purpose 

- Manages and coordinates technical studies covering well integrity issues during well life cycle.
- Conducts the root cause analysis of the well mechanical problems identified during the well integrity reviews of the wells and recommend the possible solutions in terms of improvements in material selection or processes.
- Arranges technical studies reviews by the third party if required by the Senior Management.
- Leads the efforts to find new technologies or best practices in the market to sure current well integrity issues faced by the well integrity team and arrange for the trials of these solutions in the company.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline
- 5 – 6 years experience in petroleum industry with focus on technical studies and new technology deployment about Petroleum Engineering specially the well integrity engineering and operations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

a. B.Sc. In an engineering discipline.
b. 6 years work experience (subject to qualification as above) in Condition monitoring of heavy-duty rotating equipment, within oil/gas industry or power plants, at least 3 years of which should have been in a Training function (On-job) in his Discipline.
c. Experience in preparing Training materials and familiarity with Competency Based Programs is required.

- 6 years experience in logging and stimulation activities of which at least 3 years in offshore supervisor capacity
