Currently we are looking for highly qualified, self starter, hard working and strong leadership professional qualification to fill up the following position as :
Mold Engineer (CIKUPA)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Complete engineering changes on injection molds.
- Troubleshoots and corrects issues on molds, production tool, equipment and or process issues.
- Repairs / changes configurations of molds based on production needs.
- Provide support functions for production.
- Define, develop, and implement efficient molding process.
- Train production operators in new processes or in the use of new equipment.
- Occasionally design molded parts and fixturing for support or production use.
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 32 years old.
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- Fluent In English both in written and spoken.
- Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in the same field.
- Good knowledge in various molding process, tools and materials
- Good knowledge of Mold construction, trouble shooting in Mold problems / Injection process.
- Commitment to seeking opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD Software.
- Willing to be placed in CIKUPA.
