PM Inspector

Responsibilities:
PM Inspector has responsibility to obtain real, measurable and practical benefits in the performance of monitored equipment along with reliability and availability in operation at lowest sustainable cost according to Condition Based Monitoring system.
Requirements:
- Education :
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical with 3 years experiences or Technical High School degree with 5 years experiences in cement plant at maintenance area department
- Experience :
- Minimum 1 years in current position,
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Cement Plant Maintenance area such as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or work shop area.
- Computer literacy :
- Language :
- Good command in English oral and written
- Other qualification / skills :
- Certified Vibration Analyst level 1
- Certified NDT
- Certified Thermograph
- Capable to check quality of bearing installation, gears assembling.
- Understand and able to operate CBM tools.
- Capable to manage the data
