PROFAB URGENTLY REQUIREDWe are a growing Foreign Company located in Batam with 1000+ people and specialize in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, modules, wellhead platforms and subsea equipment for the Oil and Gas industry. We are looking for the following dynamic and skilled professionals to strengthen our fast growing team:
QC MANAGER
Incumbent Responsibilities:
1. Plan and monitor all QC inspection activities etc
2. Implement the approved ITP and ensure that all departments and subcontractors are following the requirements.
3. Identify product non-conformity, recommend solutions through designated channels, verify the implementation of solutions, dispositions and control further processing of non conforming product until the deficiency has been corrected, Initiate corrective action to prevent recurrence of product non-conformity
4. Certify Manufacturer’s Data Report (MDR)
5. Custody of the Certification Mark and National Board ‘R’ and ‘NB’ stamps to prevent from loss or unauthorized use and control their uses
Requirements:
1. Minimum degree holder in Engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum fifteen (15) years direct experience in Quality Control.
3. Ten (10) years of which must be managing Quality Control of work related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plants, infrastructure & communication,
4. Must have knowledge and training in the ISO 9001:200B Series international standards.
5. He can implement audit planning, preparation and actual auditing as programmed and in accordance with the Company’s Internal Quality Auditor procedure.
6. Must have excellent ability to write technical and management systems reports to the management
7. Must have a strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
8. Must have the ability to monitor and advised on the performance of the quality management system and produces date and report on performance against set criteria.
