SITE OPERATION HEAD
Qualification:
• Male max. 45 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Familiar with Project Planning and Project Management
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in open pit coal mining area
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in Mining Operation & Support and HSE Management system
• Excellent Presentation, Interpersonal and Leadership skills
• Preferably held a "POM" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan
PRODUCTION (SUPERVISOR / GROUP LEADER)
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old for Supervisor, and max 30 years old for Group Leader
• Min. Senior high school or equivalent
• 5 years experience in open pit coal mining area for Supervisor, 3 years experience for Group Leader
• Capable on Fleet Management & having knowledge of operational Heavy equipment
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan
ENGINEERING (PROJECT CONTROL /COST CONTROL /MINE PLAN)
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• 3 years experience in open pit coal
• Able to established cost estimation and cash flow
• Able to define and implement with the Project Control / Planner Engineer on the basis of the project budget execution
• Able to establish and implement the Progress & Performance Measurement and Reporting System (weekly and monthly report)
• Able to operate software Autocad/ Minescape/ Surpac
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan
DRILL & BLAST SUPERVISOR
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• 5 years experience in open pit coal mining area
• Having KIM (Kartu Ijin Meledakkan) License & "POP" competency certificate is a must
• Familiar with mining software SURPAC
• Based in East Kalimantan.
PLANT (SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN)
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management
• Familiar and able to do Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
• Based in East Kalimantan
LOGISTIC (SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN)
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Familiar with supply chain & procurement process, good team work, achieving result, initiative, communication and commitment to organizational ethic
• Based in East Kalimantan
IT SAP PM (PLANT MAINTENANCE) / IT SAP PP (PRODUCTION PLANNING)
Qualification:
• Male / Female, max 35 years old
• 3 years experiences at SAP Plant Maintenance support / Production Planning
• Strong Functional knowledge in the same position
• Having knowledge Plant Maintenance business process, Production Planning
• Should have strong knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle and testing tools/techniques
• Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to application enhancements, customizations, integration with other applications / module
• Based in Jakarta (Head Office)
HRD SUPERVISOR
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology, Economy or Law
• 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies
• Capable to implement HR strategies to optimize the utilization of HR in the Company
• Good knowledge at labor regulation
• Experience in implementing recruitment process in Human Resouces
• Good Interpersonal relationship, good teamwork and able to work under pressure
• Based in East Kalimantan
LEGAL & INDUSTRIAL RELATION SUPERVISOR
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree in Law
• 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies
• Capable to analyze, interpret and implement labor regulation
• Based in East Kalimantan
TRAINER MECHANICAL / TRAINER HEAVY EQUIPMENT
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies
• Having Training of Trainer (TOT) Certificate is a must
• Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Based in East Kalimantan
