Field Engineers Mechanical

Responsibilities:
- Understands the requirements and schedule of the assignment from the customers
- Troubleshoots and fixes the machine (for example, gas/steam turbines/control System) if there is problem occurring
- Provides maintenance, installation, startup, commissioning and maintenance to customer owned and industrial facilities.
- Plans, organizes and performs multifunctional field assignments in designated areas of expertise, directing the work of other field engineers and skilled labor as required, in a timely and efficient manner
- Delivers quality system to the customers
- Understanding of DLN combustion system hardware or software
- Plans, prepares, and/or instructs both internal and external training programs as required, to impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge in the area of specialization.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Aero.
- Preferably 2 – 3 years of direct experience or 5 year experience in maintenance or installation of high tech industry
- new graduated with excellent academic record and English communication knowledge also can apply
- Good knowledge of machinery operation
- Good sense of safety and security
- High level of English proficiency
- Willing to travel 75% of the time (both domestic and international)
- Desire to be Field Engineer at minimum 5 year before move to the next career
Desired
- Management/leadership skills as the position requires to delegate manpower
- Troubleshooting skills in the case where there are problems in the machinery
- Able to work efficiently independently without direct supervision
- Possess effective communication skills so as to deliver clear messages across to the working partners
- Must be a good team player, as the position requires working with the service managers, supervisors as well as engineers from other functional fields
- Strong customer service-oriented as the position requires liaising with customers about the assignment details
