Mechanical Rotating Engineer
(DKI Jakarta)

Job Summary:
Perform Engineering design on current projects for onshore /offshore projects and to fulfill Departmental needs and support engineering operation within the Company.

Reporting Lines and Interactions:
Hierarchically reports to: Mechanical Department Head
Operationally reports to: Lead Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:
Main scopes of engineering deliverables performed include:
• Basic engineering design and calculation reports
• Equipment pre-selection reports (for Rotating Equipment)
• Technical Clarifications and Bid Evaluation Reports
• Estimate equipment cost /Weight estimation
• Interface with other disciplines
• Vendor Data Review/Approval / Review Manufacturer Data Report (MDR)
• Inspection assistance (which will include own Technical Analyses of test results)
• Solve site related issues / Support to Site Technical Queries (STQ)

Requirements:
• The Candidate shall posses a recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering with good communication skill
• Possess at least minimum 5 years of design experience in various Rotating Equipment, including High Pressure Hydrocarbon Compressors and Turbo-Expanders (A minimum of 3 years of experience in EPC Contracting work will be an advantage, including adequate Site and Test-Witness experience)
• Be able to work independently and have the ability to Lead a team of Rotating Equipment and general Mechanical Engineers for oil & gas / petrochemical projects
• Be able to produce Engineering specifications /Requisitions/ perform Equipment selection for Client approval in fast-track environments and conduct technical clarification meetings with potential Bidders /Clients
• Be thorough with the standards and good engineering practices of international oil companies, in addition to international codes such as API, ASME/ANSI , NFPA, NACE, EN and ISO
• He must possess detailed knowledge of his field and able to perform technical audit / Pre-qualification meeting at Vendor s premises

Mechanical Static Engineer
(DKI Jakarta)

Job Summary:

Process Safety Engineer
(DKI Jakarta)

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Offshore / Onshore Oil and Gas Engineering / Operation, Design and Commissioning Support
• Should possess hands on experience in handling Process Engineering softwares like PIPENET, FLARESIM, etc.
• Should be able to perform fire water hydraulic calculations and develop process safety drawings like hazardous area classification with precise knowledge
• Should have analytical knowledge and report writing capabilities
• Should be familiar with international codes and standards applicable for Process Safety Engineering (NFPA, SOLAS, API, IP, etc.) in Oil and Gas industry
• Should have enough supervisory skill to manage a team of drafters
• Should be able to coordinate within the discipline and other disciplines
• Should be a fast learner and a team worker


Process Engineer
(DKI Jakarta)

Requirements:
• Must possess minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized, fully accredited university in Indonesia
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in Offshore / Onshore Oil and Gas Engineering, Design and Commissioning Support for Process Engineer
• Shall be able to check and verify the work of junior engineers and provide guidance as required
• Should possess hands on experience in handling Process Engineering software like HYSYS, PIPESIM etc.
• Should be able to perform process calculations and develop process drawings with precise knowledge
• Should have analytical knowledge and report writing capabilities
• Should be familiar with international codes and standards applicable for Process Engineering in Oil and Gas industry
• Should have enough supervisory skill to manage a team of engineers and drafters
• Should be able to co-ordinate with other disciplines and the client as an effective team worker
• Be willing to travel and stationed at various operating centre on needs basis for short-term assignment

Structural Engineer(DKI Jakarta)

Requirements:
• Possess recognized degree in Civil or Ocean Engineering
• 3 – 5 years experience and above as Senior Structural Engineer in Structural analysis and design in Oil and Gas industry for offshore platforms
• Experienced using SACS software for design of offshore structures
• Should possess good communication skills in English language
• Should hold Indonesian citizenship and ready to be placed in Jakarta or Balikpapan


Instrument Engineer

Job Summary:
Provide technical and project execution services; responsibility of performing Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

Reporting Lines and Interactions:
Hierarchically reports to: Department Manager
Operationally reports to: Project Discipline Lead Engineer
Key interactions: Project Engineer, Discipline Lead Engineer, Discipline Engineer, possibly client

Requirements:
• Bachelor s Degree or higher in Industrial, Instruments / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• One (1) to four (4) years experience in instrument engineering design in the Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical and related industries
• Self motivated, good attitude and willing to take responsibility
• Conversant with International Codes and Standards and Engineering Practices used in the industry – API, ASME & ISA etc.
• Good engineering knowledge of DCS, ESD, process Instrumentation, custody metering analyzer and functional safety in process plants.
• Experience with Intools/ Smart Plant Instrument is an advantage.

Main Accountabilities:
Main scopes of engineering deliverables performed include:
• Perform technical tasks assigned by Lead/Senior engineer on feasibility, conceptual, basic engineering, FEED, detailed design and EPC/ EPCM projects
• Ensure the technical quality and accuracy of the work produced and the assigned tasks are completed on time
• Liaise with other departments, clients, vendors, subcontractors and third parties as per Lead Engineer s instruction
• Participate in inter-disciplines, project, client and vendor meetings when requested by the Lead Engineer
• Prepare data sheets, specifications & requisition for all field Instrumentation, Control valves, Analyzers, On-off valves, Safety relief valves, DCS, ESD and FGS system and perform vendor offer review & technical bid evaluation, carryout vendor drawings/documents review and vendor data incorporation for the above instrument
• Perform calculations for control valves, safety relieve valves, flow elements, restriction orifice; thermowell wake frequency and selection of the suitable valve
• Perform Smart Plant Instrumentation software for Instrumentation

Pipeline Engineer
• Shall have a minimum of 4 years experience and above as Pipeline Engineering in Oil and gas Industry for Offshore and Onshore projects
• Shall have a n Engineering Degree (or recognized equivalent)
• Should be familiar with International Codes and Standards and common industry practices for design of subsea pipelines, risers and associated facilities
• Should have working experience in various pipeline engineering design activities, including:
• Pipeline and riser mechanical design such as thickness, stability, expansion, spanning, collapse, etc
• Pipeline, riser and spool stress analysis
• Have a working knowledge of offshore construction and equipment
• Shall have experience in preparation of MTO s, Cost Estimates, schedules, material and equipment specifications and data sheets
• Shall be Computer literate, i.e. shall be able to work on MS Office or equivalent. Experience in the use of AutoPIPE software is preferred. Experience in the use of industry standard software packages would also be an advantage
• Shall possess good communication skills in English language. Previous experience as a Team Leader and Good Team Player, and the ability to work with minimum supervision would be an added advantange


Piping Engineer

Job Requirements:
• Should possess a degree in preferably, Mechanical engineering
• Should have minimum 4 years experience and above as Piping Engineering in stress analysis of piping for offshore wellhead and compression platform or onshore oil/gas processing platform in an engineering organization using Caesar II software
• Must have experience in analyzing piping connected to static vessels, exchangers, pumps, compressors, Fin fan coolers etc., and preparation of datasheets for spring supports
• Experience in preparation of piping and valve material specification, piping specialty items datasheets would be an added advantage
• Should be computer literate, i.e. familiar with MS Office or equivalent. Experiences in 3D software (PDS or PDMS) would be an added advantage
• Should possess good communication skills in English language
• Should be willing to be based in Jakarta or Balikpapan
• Should be able to work effectively in a team and maintain good quality of work


Electrical Engineer

• Should have an Engineering degree from a recognized university
• Should have at least 4 years experience and above as Electrical Engineer in an engineering organization of oil and gas industry for Offshore and Onshore projects and/or petrochemical/power plant projects. Minimum 10 years experience can be considered for Senior Electrical Engineer position
• Should be conversant with electrical engineering analysis software such as ETAP / EDSA for conducting and concluding the various studies (covering Load Flow, Short Circuit, Transient Stability, Motor Starting, Relay Coordination, Harmonic Analysis studies). Having exposure to working in 3D projects utilizing PDS / PDMS would be an added advantage
• Should be familiar with International Codes and Standards (NEC, ANSI, IEC, NEMA, etc.)
• Should have working experiences in various electrical design activities, including but not limited to:
• Calculations (such as Lighting, Earthing and Cable Sizing)
• Electrical layout preparation (such as Cable and Cable Tray Layouts, Lighting Layouts, including Layouts etc.)
• Electrical Bulk Material Take Off (MTOs) and familiar with electrical equipment selection for hazardous area environments (both NEC and IEC)
• Should have knowledge in computer literate, i.e. MS Office or equivalent. Having experiences on 2D CAD tools such as AutoCAD and/or Microstation, 3D modeling tools (PDS or PDMS) exposure would be preferable and an added advantage
• Should possess good communication skills in English language
• Should hold Indonesia citizenships and ready to be placed in Jakarta
• Should be able to work effectively in team, maintain good quality of work, and possess good analytical skills in problem solving
